Ligtip, Elipse, And Delta Granted by AGCO to Launch iGames in Ontario

The Ontario Alcohol and Gaming Commission (AGCO) has issued licenses to three new operators to launch iGaming products in the Canadian province market.

AGCO has awarded operational licenses to Rigtip Limited, Ellipse Entertainment Limited and Delta iGaming Inc. to ensure their operations in Ontario are consistent with regulatory requirements in their jurisdictions. 온라인경마

Ligtip specializes in sports betting and live betting operations, and the new license will provide the Malta-based company to use the TonyBet brand live in the provinces. Ellipse Entertainment, a UK-based casino operator, has secured approval to bring its high-flyer casino brand to the market.

Similarly, the new license awarded to Delta iGaming Corporation will promote the new market launch of Delta bingo and gaming brands in this Canadian state.

The three new licenses awarded by AGCO in the first week of December follow the three licenses awarded to the Videolots, NetBet and Coolbear (Coolbet) operators in November.

AGCO’s primary regulatory goal is to ensure that all casino games are operated within the law and in the wider public interest, and it carries out a number of key activities to ensure regulatory compliance for sports betting, casinos and lottery operators in Ontario’s jurisdiction.

Under the terms of the license, Litip Limited, Ellipse Entertainment Limited, and Delta iGaming Inc. will qualify their Ontario operations for regulatory evaluation by AGCO and will also be able to conduct testing, approval and monitoring procedures for slot machines and gaming machines. The Commission will have the right to inspect, audit and monitor casinos for compliance with regulatory and licensing/registration conditions.

Launched on April 4, 2022, Ontario’s private eye-gaming market is handled by AGCO subsidiary iGaming Ontario, which is responsible for the progress and management of the private eye-gaming market, and AGCO’s iGaming regulatory framework aims to deliver consumer choice, ensure player protection, and support the growth of the legitimate market.

In October, AGCO revised its standards to complete the transition period for unregulated operators and suppliers, and also revised the standards for live dealer games to fit the regulatory framework.
