T-Bones, the second in Summerlin and the 11th in Las Vegas to be certified Kobe beef, has joined a sophisticated restaurant group to show off the product. Known as the world’s best beef, Kobe beef is recognized for its best genetic quality among various wagyu steaks and offers a strong and natural taste. To get the name “Kobe Beef,” wagyu beef must come from Kobe Prefecture and proudly meet strict production standards from Kobe City.

Rotating Ranch Program – individually selected farms by the chef rotate each month, giving customers a variety of options offered only in Tbones. Selected ranches are Snake River Farms (Ida Lake), Double RR Ranch (Washington), Black Hawk Farms (Kentucky), Karara Farms (Wagyu, Australia), 7X (Colorado), and Umami Ranch (Texas).
