• Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa announced that it will soon be home to Philadelphia’s favorite Federal Donuts & Chicken (which will become Federal Donuts & Chicken in the new year). – It is an iconic restaurant that raised the bar for Comfort Classic when it was first introduced in 2011. Scheduled to open in early 2024 on a food court at the popular Summerlin resort, this delicious culinary destination and the company’s first West Coast outpost will quickly become a daily stop for Las Vegans and a must-visit for travelers.

Founded by five culinary pioneers, including James Beard Award-winning chefs Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook, Federal Donuts and Chicken became famous when the company entered the food industry and gave Philadelphia people a whole new craving they never had. Guests, known for their ever-changing array of umami, will enjoy the hot fresh donuts (made with an orderer-designated mix of sugar and spices) that cannot be tasted or rejected by the famous spice cake served by Fancy (freshly flavored and topped with unexpected flavors). Adding to the culinary delights, guests can enjoy hand-fried chicken from Federal Donuts & Chicken served as chicken sandwiches, fried chicken salads, and tender.
