The final event of the 2023 season on the Korean Professional Golf Association (KPGA) Champions Tour, the Mayflower Golf Club Invitational, will be held June 6-7 at Mayflower Golf Club (par 72, 6,752 yards) in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. The tournament will be a two-round, 36-hole stroke play event with a total purse of KRW 150 million.

The field is comprised of 39 players ranked in the top 60 on the KPGA Champions Tour points list for the 2023 season, 11 Japanese invitees and 15 recommended players, totaling 65 players.
