2023 adjusted EBITDA guidance; introduced 2024 revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance

DraftKings is raising its fiscal 2023 revenue guidance from $3.46 billion to $3.54 billion from $3.47 billion to $3.72 billion from the previously announced August 3, 2023. The company’s updated 2023 revenue guidance range equates to a 64% year-over-year increase to 66%.

DraftKings is also improving its FY202 adjusted EBITDA guidance.
