LEE CHANSOL, WHO SIGNED WITH BOSTON, DONATES 30 MILLION WON TO HIS ALMA MATER

Right-handed pitcher Lee Chan-sol (18-Seoul High School junior), who signed with the Boston Red Sox, has donated about 30 million won to his alma mater, Sang Il-cho, Bae Jae-joong, and Seoul High School juniors. Lee’s agency, Brion Company, said on the 24th, “Lee informed us that he wanted to donate to the juniors of his alma mater. In response, we held a donation event.” Lee personally visited his alma mater and delivered baseball equipment.

“It was with the help and support of my seniors when I was younger that I was able to reach the American professional baseball league. I wanted to make a donation like this when I had the chance,” Lee said. Lee, who throws a fastball up to 154 kilometers per hour, signed a minor league contract with Boston in July .He is currently undergoing a training program provided by the Boston club in Korea and plans to travel to Florida 슬롯 next January for acclimatization training.
